Transnet Canada provides private group transportation, including airport transfers, wedding transport, corporate outings, school field trips, hotel transfers, and day trips across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario. All services are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team.
Payment terms, including any deposit required, will be communicated at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and bank transfer. Full payment must be received according to the terms specified in your booking confirmation.

Transnet Canada reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any passenger whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or abusive. Customers may be held responsible for the cost of any damage caused to a vehicle by their group.
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. While we take care during transport, Transnet Canada is not liable for items that are lost, left behind, or damaged, except where required by law.
We make every effort to operate on schedule. However, we are not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or other events. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and minimize disruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transnet Canada's liability arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
